“SWOT, SWOT, and SWOT again, that if you’re serious about your business, you should pull out that sheet of paper and work through this exercise once every six months, just to kind of address what’s going on. Look at the progress you’re making. Because the world changes, I mean, honestly, any of us who are running businesses in 2020, we had the rug pulled out from under us, we had our world rearranged. And if you’re not assessing and reassessing you were left in the dirt. So that’s the first thing. And then the second thing is that, again, it’s not enough to just list all four things, you’ve got to figure out how to create an action plan from that analysis.”
