I filled out a contact form. How long will you respond to me? We generally respond to emails within 48 hours.
What is your customer service policy? Customer Satisfaction: We strive for 100% client satisfaction.
What are your Hours? Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Mountain time by appointment.
Are you available by Phone for a quick chat? It is better to email [email protected]. If you call me, I am more than likely on a call with a client.

How much experience do you have? I have been coaching for my own company for 17 years; before that, I held a leadership position in higher education; before that, I held several positions in management, marketing, training, and human resources in the corporate world. How do I know coaching will work for me? Coaching requires both the coach and the client to be focused. As a client, your commitment to taking inspired action is essential. If you wonder if a paid coaching program will work for you, book a session to try it out.
How much does it cost to coach with you? Investment:
- Courses from $111 and up.
- Virtual Live Workshops $197 and up
- Inspire Hybrid Course $3888 (for biz growth)
- Live in-person 2-day retreats $997 and up
- Private coaching packages are $5000.
- A 2 HR coaching intensive is $694 and up.
- On-site team training and coaching vary depending on the time and size of the group.

What payments do you accept? All credit cards are in US funds, or Paypal in US funds for courses and coaching. In addition, business checks are accepted for some programs (they must be approved in advance).
Do you do interviews? If you are interested in inviting me to speak for your event, radio show, or series please send an information packet to Sheri (at) sherikayehoff (dot) com. I book two or more ahead of time. I speak and interview for free for programs that align with my company’s vision if I am able to promote one of my freebies, books and/or programs.
What about joint ventures?: I have an affiliate program and participate in select joint ventures. Please get in touch with me for details. I only get involved with programs and people I 100% believe in and they align with my values and services.
