3. Pace yourself. Take frequent breaks. If you are at work, take breaks for water and deep breaths. Allow yourself to pause what you are doing and reflect. Let your thoughts unclutter and allow your thinking to become clear. Be fully present. Redirect your thoughts to an empowering mindset. I call this my “heart thinking right” attitude.
4. Show compassion for yourself and others. Notice if someone is struggling and show appreciation and kindness.Create a daily appreciation practice. Create a commitment for ultimate self-care.
5. Build community. Support small businesses. Support positive change.Get involved in a way that makes you feel like you make a difference.
